Return Policy for Donations and Purchases
What Makes You Feel Beautiful (WMYFB) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through our community programs and services. As a nonprofit, our funding directly supports these programs, and every contribution is vital to our mission. Please review our return and refund policies carefully:
Donations:

Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to WMYFB are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is immediately used to fund our programs, making refunds difficult. We encourage donors to contact us with any questions prior to making a donation.

Errors in Donation Amounts: If you believe you made an error in the amount of your donation or need to adjust it, please contact us within 48 hours of the donation, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Purchases of Products or Services:

Event Registrations: If you purchase a registration for a workshop or event and are unable to attend, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund or credit towards a future event.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable guides or videos), all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products: Returns or exchanges on physical merchandise (e.g., books, branded items etc.) may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
