One way to do that is by joining the F.L.Y. (First Love Yourself) program. This program empowers girls aged 13-17 to cultivate self-love through workshops, classes, mentoring, and resources. The program's Director, Savannah Gankiewicz, Miss Hawaii USA, teaches the classes and workshops, which provide practical tools and guidance to help girls develop confidence and resilience.

Unplug: Take breaks from social media and technology to reduce stress and anxiety.
