At What Makes You Feel Beautiful (WMYFB), we are passionate about nurturing self-love, resilience, and emotional well-being in young girls. Through innovative programs like our Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops, we aim to equip them with the tools they need to thrive.
Today, we are thrilled to share an exciting new chapter in our journey: a partnership with Lokelani Intermediate School to bring SEL workshops directly to their campus.
Building Brighter Futures at Lokelani Intermediate School
This initiative is tailored to empower girls aged 11–14 with essential life skills, including:
Effective Communication: Strengthening their ability to express themselves clearly and confidently.
Setting Boundaries: Teaching them the importance of self-respect and mutual respect in relationships.
Emotional Regulation: Helping them navigate complex emotions with calmness and clarity.
Self-Awareness: Encouraging personal growth and the confidence to face life’s challenges.
However, this is about more than just a program—it’s about providing opportunities to those who need them the most. Lokelani Intermediate serves a Title 1 population, with many families facing financial hardships. That’s where you come in.
Your Role in This Transformative Mission

Sponsorship Opportunities:
$500 (Jade Sponsor): Provides workshop materials for 10 students.
$1,000 (Amethyst Sponsor): Funds a full workshop session for 20 girls.
$2,500 (Pearl Sponsor): Supports the program for an entire school semester.
