This event is open to girls aged 13–19 from Maui County who are ready to embrace their potential, connect with other amazing young women, and explore self-love and creativity in a supportive environment.

The MAUI GEMS program is a transformative initiative designed to support girls aged 13–19 in Maui County. Through mentorship, workshops, and a unique summer internship program, participants build confidence, develop self-awareness, and hone leadership skills. The internship component pairs girls with local businesswomen, giving them hands-on experience and empowering them with real-world knowledge that prepares them for success in their future endeavors.
