Are You Caught Up in the Pressure to Fit in and Please Others? Not Girls who F.L.Y.


The truth of the matter is the even Girls who F.L.Y. sometimes get caught up in the pressure to fit in and please others.


However, it's important to remember that taking care of ourselves and practicing self-love and self-awareness are crucial for our overall well-being.


Self-love is all about accepting and loving ourselves for who we are, flaws and all. It means acknowledging our strengths and weaknesses and being kind and compassionate to ourselves. When we practice self-love, we prioritize our own needs and desires, which allows us to live a more fulfilling and happy life.


Self-awareness is closely related to self-love. It's about understanding our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they affect ourselves and others. By being self-aware, we can identify our strengths and areas for growth, which helps us make more informed decisions and build stronger relationships with others.



Here are a few reasons why self-love and self-awareness are so important:

And to treasure the person we hold

Inside of us, the real us

We learn to accept ourselves without fuss


No more comparing to others or being unkind

We learn to love ourselves and leave negativity behind

We are worthy of love and respect

And this is what the F.L.Y. program has helped us to reflect


We celebrate our strengths and embrace our flaws

And we know that self-love is the ultimate cause

For a happier and healthier life

And that's why we're grateful for this program, we realize


So here's to the girls in the F.L.Y. program

You are beautiful and strong, don't you forget it, and

May you continue to grow and thrive

With self-love as your guide.
