Are you ready to make a meaningful impact and help guide the next generation of girls toward success? Join us for the MAUI GEMS Volunteer Meeting and learn how you can support our mission to uplift and prepare young women for bright futures!
What to Expect:
✨ Mentor Spotlights:Hear from inspiring female business leaders and experienced mentors about their work and how they’ve supported youth through internships and career development. Each mentor will give a short presentation and then meet with volunteers for Q&A.
✨ Interactive Training Session:Learn best practices for guiding youth through résumé writing, interview preparation, and building confidence. This hands-on session will be led by experienced mentors and professionals.
✨ Role-Playing and Feedback:Practice guiding teens through mock interviews and career conversations. Receive feedback and tools to become an even more effective mentor and support system.
